HASTELLOY® C-2000® RTW™ Filler Metal
HASTELLOY® C-2000® RTW™ Filler Metal is used for the gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc, and submerged arc welding of C-2000® alloy. The deposited weld metal has excellent resistance to uniform corrosion conditions in a variety of media including oxidizing and reducing enironments. The alloy makes a great candidate for dissimilar joining of other jickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and also molybdenum containing stainless steels. The RTW™ filler metal finish on the spooled wire promotes smooth feeding through welding equipment and reduced tip wear in contact tips.
